ANVISA's Peticionamento Eletrônico is Brazil's mandatory online submission portal for all regulatory petitions — registrations, AFE applications, post-registration changes, and renewals.

What you can do​

  • Submit post-registration changes (Petição de Alteração)
  • Apply for registration renewal
  • Apply for or renew AFE
  • Respond to ANVISA deficiency questions (Exigências)
  • Track petition status in real time

Getting started​

  1. Create ANVISA account at gov.br — requires CPF (individual) or CNPJ (company)
  2. Register the company in the ANVISA system
  3. Register the Responsável Técnico with their professional council number
  4. Access peticionamento.anvisa.gov.br
  5. Select petition type, complete form, upload PDFs, pay fee
