Creating & Managing Your SUGAM Account

What is SUGAM?

The SUGAM portal (sugam.cdsco.gov.in) is CDSCO's online application and tracking platform for all central regulatory submissions, including import licences, manufacturing licences (Class C/D), clinical investigation permissions, and vigilance reports.

Registration steps

  1. Navigate to sugam.cdsco.gov.in;
  2. Select "Register" and choose entity type (IAR / Manufacturer / Importer);
  3. Enter company details, contact information, and PAN/GSTIN;
  4. Upload supporting documents (entity registration certificate);
  5. Set login credentials and verify email;
  6. CDSCO approves the registration (1–3 working days);
  7. Login and complete your profile.

Managing multiple products

A single SUGAM account can manage multiple import licences and applications for different products and manufacturers, provided the IAR is named on each application.
